A launch-ready privacy notice for the public Theodacity web presence. Final wording should be reviewed before production launch if analytics, accounts, payments, or customer data flows are added.
What this site collects
The public website can be read without creating an account. If you use the contact form or email an alias, we process the email address and message content needed to respond.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. DNS and inbound email routing use Cloudflare. Contact form delivery may use Resend. Interactive product data may use Firebase services where enabled.
Local browser storage
Development and editor surfaces can store draft state locally in the browser. Public visitors do not need local storage to read the website.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics or other privacy-first measurement may be enabled later. If analytics are enabled for EU visitors, this page should be updated before launch.
AI and crawler access
Theodacity publishes robots.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt, entity.json, and agent skill metadata to make public website context machine-readable while reserving rights against model training where signaled.
Retention and rights
Contact messages are kept only as long as useful for correspondence and launch operations. EU visitors may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the support address.
